MEASURING DETAILS - TAKE NOTE !

  1. All Mini or Midi dogs that are currently competing should now have been measured. If they have not been measured, they CAN NOT compete until they are measured.

  2. Many mini / midi dogs are now getting their second measurement done. This must be carried out between 12 and 24 months after the first measurement. This means that if a show fell on 16th December in 2004 but the same show will be 15th December 2005 the dog CAN NOT be measured at this show. The handler has 12 months to get the second measurement done from 16th December onwards ( in this example).

  3. From 1 January 2006 no new large dog can compete until it has been measured. Any standard dog that competed prior to 1 January 2006 does not need to be measured. It must have competed at a Kennel Club Licensed show, not just have been entered at a show
